As a Web Content & Campaign Specialist, you will support the execution of dynamic digital campaigns and web initiatives across multiple brands and markets. Partnering with marketing and brand teams, you’ll manage content updates, build engaging user experiences across CMS platforms, and provide operational support for social media channels - all while helping to evolve our digital presence.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

  • Manage and update brand websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Assist in building registration forms, landing pages, and localized content for translated websites across different markets.
  • Refine and optimize creative assets to match campaign and brand requirements.
  • Partner with internal IT teams to identify improvements for internal tools and streamline the web management process.
  • Support social media operations, including setup and compliance administration across channels, in coordination with internal compliance and brand teams.
  • Monitor social media management practices and propose updates based on industry standards and platform developments.
  • Provide quality assurance feedback for internal tools, web projects, and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in special digital projects that contribute to broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Contribute a design-forward perspective to ensure brand consistency and elevated digital experiences.

What Makes You a Great Fit:                  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content management or campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web design best practices.
  • Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable navigating legal and compliance standards in digital communications.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or business units to implement web and campaign strategies.
