Serve as a key member of the People Technology team.
Responsible for global analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday solutions.
Act as an internal consultant to global HR stakeholders.
Lead HR technology projects and provide advanced-level support.
Drive process improvements and align Workday investment with business needs.
Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Ops & Analytics, Payroll, and Global HRBPs.
Design and maintain Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIBs, and APIs.
Configure and manage Workday security roles and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and security issues.
Utilize advanced reporting tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards).
Partner with global HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to optimize Workday.
Provide high-level support for Workday and related HR systems.
Conduct testing and troubleshoot Workday configurations and integrations.
Support system upgrades with impact assessments and seamless transitions.
Document business/system processes, technical specs, and test scripts.
Stay updated with Workday and HR tech trends.
3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in design, configuration, and support.
Proven track record in project management and tech implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experience with workflow analysis and translating into tech solutions.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Workday Pro Certification.
Expertise in Workday Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and integrations.
Experience with other HR technologies like Kenexa, Cornerstone, Salesforce.
