As an Invoice to Pay Analyst, you will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities within the Europe GBS structure, while also supporting the business unit in Italy. Managing invoice-to-pay operations across European markets, you will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous process improvement. Acting as a key partner to stakeholders, you’ll provide clear financial insights while driving operational enhancements and supporting cross-country initiatives.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

  • Process PO and Non-PO invoices using Coupa and SAP, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Review, analyze, and resolve vendor issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for vendor queries and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Review and approve employee T&E reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Support audit processes and collaborate with the Local Accounting Manager for statutory reporting and month-end closings.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and vendor aging analysis. Proactively follow up with global teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate and execute domestic and international payments. Perform related audits and resolve exceptions in collaboration with Treasury.
  • Train and cross-train users on AP processes and systems. Maintain updated documentation and SOPs.
  • Participate in system testing and upgrades for SAP, Coupa, and other AP tools.

What Makes You a Great Fit:                  

  • 2–5 years of experience in ERP invoice processing, preferably in SAP and Coupa.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, international currencies, and tax requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with vendors and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Workday, Concur, and G Suite is a plus.
  • Experience working in a paperless, workflow-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.
