Are you passionate about forecasting and supply chain operations? We’re looking for a skilled Demand and Inventory Planner to ensure our supply chain aligns with the needs of key European markets.

In this role, you’ll analyze sales data, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and develop advanced forecasting models to predict future demand. You’ll act as an important link between market trends and supply chain execution, working closely with the Global Planning team to optimize inventory management and product availability.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

• Analyze historical sales data to uncover trends and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate promotional plans into forecasts.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, adjusting for market changes and ensuring accurate predictions of future demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses for production orders, repacks, and value-added products to meet demand.
• Maintain up-to-date SAP records for local SKUs and optimize inventory to balance supply and demand, minimizing holding costs.
• Work closely with the Global Planning team to align stock levels and strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Build strong relationships with commercial teams and communicate demand forecasts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and operational success.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Strong decision-making skills based on data and logical assumptions.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems, particularly SAP.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.
