In this role, you’ll lead a team of Specialists, ensuring seamless order management, invoicing, and stock transport within a paperless environment. Your expertise in SAP and process optimization will streamline operations while fostering collaboration across customers, suppliers, logistics and production teams.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

  • Lead and Develop a Team: Supervise and train Supply Chain Specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring efficient task execution.
  • Order & Data Management: Oversee customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the main contact for internal and external partners, aligning with the supply chain strategy.
  • Issue Resolution & Process Improvement: Address disruptions and drive continuous improvement in operations.
  • Analysis & Collaboration: Monitor product allocations and work with other teams to ensure seamless execution.

What Makes You a Great fit:

  • Experience: 7+ years in customer service and expertise with SAP, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.
