As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll lead the development of robust, scalable data architectures and pipelines that power data-driven decisions across the business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable data solutions that unlock actionable insights.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

• Drive the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data architectures and high-performance pipelines.
• Develop and optimize data models and schemas that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through rigorous validation, testing, and monitoring procedures.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee steady-state operations of the data warehouse and participate in 24/7 on-call support as needed.
• Continuously enhance performance, scalability, and reliability across the data ecosystem.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in data architecture and pipeline development.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in big data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark, and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Nifi.
• Strong programming capabilities in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions including Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.

Why You’ll Stand Out:

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of enterprise ETL tools like Talend, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and ABAP.
