As a Data Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of building and optimizing the data infrastructure that powers business decisions. You’ll work cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, and IT to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and primed for insight generation across the organization.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and robust processing systems.
• Assemble and manage complex datasets that meet both functional and non-functional business needs.
• Drive efficiency by automating manual processes and redesigning data pipelines for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain ETL frameworks to extract data from diverse sources and ensure seamless integration into data platforms.
• Collaborate closely with analytics and science teams to deliver accurate, high-quality data for modeling and analysis.
• Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless data flow and minimal downtime.
• Support steady-state operations of the data warehouse, including periodic 24x7 on-call availability as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Solid foundation in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Nifi or Airflow.
• Proficient in programming languages including Python, Java, ABAP, and SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborative and communicative team player fluent in English.
• Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.

Why You’ll Stand Out:

• Experience working with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of enterprise data warehousing platforms like Redshift or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with leading data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure to SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and ABAP programming.
