As an Email & Web Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to bring digital campaigns to life across email and web platforms. From concept to execution, you will manage campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and update content across various CMS platforms to ensure an engaging and consistent digital presence for our brands.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

  • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup, scheduling, and reporting
  • Create reusable templates and dynamic customer journeys tailored to brand-specific requirements.
  • Manage data extensions, automation flows, and triggered communications within SFMC.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to develop and update web content using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Support the creation of web forms, landing pages, and translated web experiences for multiple brands and markets.
  • Work alongside digital strategists and creative teams to bring campaigns to life across email, web, and social media.
  • Assist with quality assurance and testing efforts in collaboration with the IT and development teams.
  • Contribute a creative perspective to visual content, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment.

What Makes You a Great Fit:                  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and web content management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent email marketing platform.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign journeys, automations, and data segmentation.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, particularly WordPress and Drupal.
  • Solid understanding of digital design best practices for email and web.
  • Strong skills in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate compliance and regulatory standards with confidence.
  • Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.
