Are you driven by logistics and operational excellence? We’re looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist to oversee our logistics operations across select countries.

In this role, you’ll manage warehouse operations, optimize transportation routes, and ensure seamless distribution across the network. You’ll collaborate closely with local logistics providers and the Global Logistics team, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and enhancing efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

• Oversee smooth receipt, storage, and inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure warehouse space is optimized and ready to meet both current and future needs.
• Keep goods moving efficiently from manufacturing to warehouses and customers.
• Track shipments, resolve transportation issues quickly, and reduce costs with smart solutions.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage distribution to guarantee products reach customers efficiently and on time.
• Collaborate with retailers and distributors to optimize inventory and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and handle all excise documentation.
• Work closely with the Global Logistics team and local partners to align strategies and drive success.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• At least 2 years of hands-on logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, planning, and the complexities of customs and excise tax.
• A knack for making smart decisions based on solid data and logical insights.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems, especially SAP, to streamline operations.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.
