As a Supply Chain & Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the key player in ensuring seamless order processing, managing the full order-to-cash journey with precision. With a knack for building strong customer relationships, this role thrives on clear communication using tools like SAP, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Your Role in the Spotlight:

• Launch New Products: Be the mastermind behind product introductions, ensuring every update and innovation is seamlessly integrated.
• EDI Mastery: Take the lead on managing electronic data interchange (EDI) for distributor purchase orders, ensuring smooth and error-free transfers.
• Compliance Champion: Safeguard the order process by ensuring adherence to pricing, Letter of Credit, Incoterms, and more.
• Customs Coordination: Handle international shipments with precision, ensuring all customs documents are in perfect order.
• Regulatory Compliance: Keep everything in check with tax and regulatory requirements, ensuring we're always on the right side of the law.
• Process Innovator: Identify opportunities to optimize order flows and processes to drive better performance and smoother experiences.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer concerns by identifying the cause of order issues, providing clear solutions, and taking proactive steps to prevent future problems, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience: 4+ years in customer service, ideally within supply chain or logistics.
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in SAP ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Decision-Maker: Ability to make logical decisions and solve problems with confidence.
• Multitasker: Skilled at juggling multiple projects and tasks.
• Comfortable with a 4+1 hybrid office with Fridays at home.
